I did find lots of things to do like
- sewing (I'm making a bear from a kit for my mum's Christmas present)
- embrodiary (again for mum but this was started 8yrs ago!)
- tiding the kitchen (getting a dishwasher and need to make space)
- tiding with Gnome (well his room was a mess (he is only 8 remember so it's expected!) and he needs space as I have no doubt my mum will spend too much at Christmas!)
- installed Red Hat 8 on old/spare box (found an old disk and gave that a try seeing as Fedora wouldn't work!)
So anyway lots to keep me amused but it just wasn't "right". I should be washing lots of running kit and planning and doing a long run at the weekend. The tready kept on calling from the garage too trying to tempt me to do a short 20-30 mins but I remained resolute and stayed away.
Today I feel in danger of being over this pesky cold. I have to go buy some audio cables, and stuffing for my bear so no running. Tomorrow is staff lunch so I need to think, another rest day or a run and cold left overs ?
Husband is working at the weekend and dishwasher is being delivered which makes long runs harder. My legs do need a warm up now so getting up early (in the cold!) to do a run before he leaves for work on Sunday isn't an option as such so perhaps a short outside run followed by a tready run, or short exercise bike and short tready run. We'll see!
Still no news from the ENT peeps either.

I can't get up for work with my alarm going off at 6.45 as it is!
[hangs head in shame]
but I need the miles for BM!
I overheat less and feel so much more comfortable when it's cold.
