Todays run was in much calmer weather! GPS didn't want to play ball so teh distances are from Tracklogs, this is the same course ran on Friday when the GPS said 5K so fairly accurate!
The first 1.2m is quicker than my run on Thursday which is good and the HR is down this week (could the end of this cold be near??!) But I did still suffer from snotty nose and phlegm throat! (Not a nice thought I now and I applogise!)Breathing is still hard work but a much more satisfying run than yesterday! The thought of a half in under 2 weeks still fills me with dread!
