still got a slight cough and still got the snot monster! BUT today I got fed up and went for a lunchtime walk/run. This, however, turned into 2.1m of continual running! Next to no coughing and snotting (sorry!) and although my HR was up (as expected after a long break) the pace was higher than expected (and didn't feel that fast either). Yes the legs were tired and I knew I had run but they don't ache and I feel so much better now!
