Well just for a laugh I decided to have a nose bleed - whilst on the phone to a client! Took 25 mins to stop.
Now feeling yuck (got congealed blood in my throat and all that!).
Me finks I will abandon tonight's run and move it to Thursday!
Still Friday my nose gets zapped!

it was funny for the 1st 5mins but when the same client phoned back 10 mins later and it was still bleeding, then another 10mins later - I got fed up and felt a tad low.
sore throat and icky and yuck
hope this works - i'm not looking forward to it!
