Well it's a new year and I hope everyone has a fantastic one!
I've been out running to celebrate the new year too! Total distance 6.6m but only ran 5.2m due to grit induced blister on my heal so I walked the rest of the way home. Which annoyed me a bit as I wanted to get a longer run in (knew it wouldn't be that long as I have hardly run in the last 3 weeks!). I'm very aware that BM is just 3 wks away and although it will be a "get round in one piece" affair I would like to be able to walk the next day!
So brief run down of 2006 goals:

So brief run down of 2006 goals:
- Lose weight - minimum 1.5st
- Run consistently - average 20mpw
- Complete TrailWalker
- Fast half - between 2.15 and 2 will revise this as the year progresses!
- Stay injury free!
- Enjoy running!
Let the year begin!
