Today being Wednesday means just one thing - Speedwork!!
So the plan was 8 sets of 3mins@9m and 2walk. Last time I did this session I crashed after 5 sets. Last lot of speedwork was at 8.9Km too!
So I was detirmined to do all 8 sets and at the full 9km - and do you know what?? I did it!!
Nose kept on running and I kept on checking for blood but it was OK! I survived!!
