I read somewhere that self massage is great for legs and can be aided by using a rolling pin!! So whilst watching TV given my tight lower legs I tried it! Pot of Body Shop Muscle Rub in one hand and Gnome's kids rolling pin in the other!
Do you know what? It works! It does help! Check with me tomorrow though just incase I change my mind!!
Talking of tomorrow it's a rest day! Well rest from running. I will however try to do something else in the form of exercise ... a walk at lunchtime or similar. Friday is speedwork on the tready!
