Lets review:
Running is going well, work is very busy but I'm learning stuff, diet was going fab yet since last week and the mega stress I just can't control my eating. I'm just eating without thought even when I know I am full I eat. Now I feel fat, full, frumpy and a tad sick. Why am I doing this? There is no reason! Last week I at least had a reason - I was stressed beyond belief (not that that is an excuse) yet this week is calmer (still busy though) and I am eating, I'm even buying food to eat whilst saying to myself ... WHY???
grrrrr

I think I am better when I make a really conscious effort to keep well hydrated. I don't knOW whether it makes me feel full, or makes my brain work better or what. But definitely when I am sitting at my desk and drinking plenty I don't get the munchies. When I am in meetings and don't drink as much I come out and 'need' carbs and choc.
Will have to be more methodical about it. I had not spotted a pattern til I started to reply to pix.
As Aim High and Beanz have both said drink water, the thirst and hunger feelings are easily confused.
